DealerDOH Beta Terms
1. What this is
DealerDOH is a dealership operations product operated by Kennett Ho (“the operator”). It is currently a beta: features, data handling, and availability are still changing, and the product is offered for internal evaluation and operational use by a participating dealership — not as a general commercial service.
2. Who may use it
Access is by administrator invitation only. You may use DealerDOH only if you are an authorized member of a participating dealership's staff, using an account provisioned for you personally. Keep your credentials to yourself; accounts are individual, and your dealership's administrators control roles and offboarding.
3. Acceptable use
Use DealerDOH for the dealership's own vehicle-operations work. Do not: attempt to access another dealership's or another person's data; probe, overload, or circumvent security controls; upload files you are not authorized to export from the dealership's vendor systems; or use the service to store data unrelated to its purpose (in particular, do not upload documents containing customer/consumer personal or financial information — DealerDOH is not built or represented for that data; see the Privacy Policy).
4. The dealership's data
Operational data processed through DealerDOH originates from the dealership's own systems and belongs to the dealership. The operator processes it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and handles it per the Security Overview. Disposition of dealership data at the end of the beta relationship will be agreed with the dealership.
5. Beta expectations (read this one)
- Availability is not guaranteed. No SLA, no uptime commitment. The service may be interrupted, changed, or paused — including free-tier infrastructure behaviors such as cold starts.
- Features may change or be removed as the beta evolves.
- Verify operationally-critical conclusions against your source systems. DealerDOH aggregates and explains evidence from the dealership's vendor reports; it does not replace those systems or your judgment, and reports can be wrong, late, or incomplete.
6. Feedback
Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are welcome and may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation. Feedback is not confidential unless agreed otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
The DealerDOH software, design, and documentation are the operator's. These terms grant use of the service during the beta, not any license to the software itself.
8. Confidentiality
Beta access may expose non-public product functionality. Treat product internals — and, always, the dealership's operational data — as confidential within the dealership's normal duties.
9. Suspension and ending
The operator may suspend or end beta access (for an account or the deployment) for security, misuse, or operational reasons. Your dealership's administrators may deactivate individual access at any time; deactivation takes effect immediately.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. The v1.1 beta is U.S.-only, with the initial controlled beta operating at an Arizona dealership.
12. Acceptance
These terms are provided as notice — linked at sign-in and in Help — and continued use of the beta by authorized dealership staff constitutes acceptance. Individual click-acceptance is deliberately not required for authorized workplace accounts in the controlled beta.
